At the helm of Calisade is Cullen Hilkene, a visionary leader with a unique blend of strategic expertise and entrepreneurial drive. With a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from the prestigious UCLA Anderson School of Management, Cullen brings a wealth of academic and professional experience to Calisade’s mission.
Before founding Calisade, Cullen excelled as a manager at Monitor Deloitte Consulting, where he specialized in strategy and operations for Fortune 500 companies. His tenure there honed his ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver results in high-stakes environments. Following his consulting career, Cullen transitioned to entrepreneurship, successfully founding and leading tech startups, including 3Diligent, where he gained deep insights into innovative markets and cutting-edge technologies.
Under Cullen’s leadership, Calisade has grown from an internal project at Vulcury Advisors into a thriving platform that combines deep market research, innovative investment strategies, and unparalleled access to unique opportunities.
